1. Student's Birth Certificate
2. Parent/Guardian Photo ID
3. Current Tax Bill or Lease Agreement
4. Current Utility Bill
5. Any Legal Parenting/Custody Documents (if applicable)
6. Annual Income (if applicable)

Documentation: If we find that any information is missing or if additional documents are required, we will reach out to you directly via email.
Confirmation: Once the review is complete, you will recieve final confirmation regarding your enrollment status and your students respective school office will reach out regarding school start information.
