Freedom of Information Request (FOIA)

Records available for review:

• Records relating to obligation, receipt, and use of public funds
• Certified payrolls under the Prevailing Wage Act
• Collective bargaining agreements
• Settlement agreements, with redaction of exempt information allowed

Procedure for requesting records:

• Submit your request for records in writing. The Kinnikinnick School District does not require the completion of a standard form for this purpose. You may submit your written request by mail, fax, or email. Please direct your request to either of the two FOIA Officers listed below:
